6. Compliance: Clients must provide accurate data and comply with relevant regulations to ensure project success.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any conditions noted in the engagement contract.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
